==============================================================================================
PART 1 — MORE CHAINS = SAFER: the blast radius of any single chain death shrinks.
==============================================================================================
  With N integrated chains and a per-chain cap, a single chain dying loses at most its cap.
  As N grows the cap can fall (spread thinner), so the worst single-chain loss shrinks:

                N chains even weight 1/N practical per-chain capworst single-chain death
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
                       2                   50.0%                   50.0%        50.0% of reserve
                       5                   20.0%                   35.0%        35.0% of reserve
                      10                   10.0%                   20.0%        20.0% of reserve
                      20                    5.0%                   10.0%        10.0% of reserve
                      34                    2.9%                    5.9%         5.9% of reserve

  => At 2 chains a death can be 35%+; at 20–34 chains it is ~6–10%, easily inside moneyness + buffer.
     Every chain you add makes every OTHER chain's failure matter less. Diversification compounds.

==============================================================================================
PART 2 — MORE VOLUME = LESS REBALANCING: flows net internally; the desk becomes a clearing house.
==============================================================================================
  Cross-chain payments flow both ways. Net imbalance grows like sqrt(volume) (directions cancel),
  so the fraction needing ACTUAL cross-chain rebalancing FALLS as volume grows:

   daily cross-chain vol net imbalance ~sqrt rebalanced (net/gross) netted internally
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
                 $10,000                    $300                    3.0%                   97.0%
              $1,000,000                  $3,000                    0.3%                   99.7%
            $100,000,000                 $30,000                    0.0%                  100.0%
         $10,000,000,000                $300,000                    0.0%                  100.0%

  => At scale almost everything NETS: a chain-A→B payment cancels a B→A payment, so uniform-USD just
     re-credits internally and rarely moves an asset across chains. The desk becomes a CLEARING HOUSE —
     the "operational cost" of many chains SHRINKS per dollar as volume grows (matched flow is free).

==============================================================================================
PART 3 — FIXED per-chain cost, SUPER-LINEAR value (Metcalfe). The correspondent-clearing layer.
==============================================================================================
  Each new chain = REPLICATE a validated pattern (lock-mint / HTLC, ADR-0047), not new research:

                chains N clearing paths N(N-1)/2 value ~ Metcalfe integration cost
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
                       2                       1                   ~ N^2         fixed per chain
                       5                      10                   ~ N^2         fixed per chain
                      10                      45                   ~ N^2         fixed per chain
                      20                     190                   ~ N^2         fixed per chain
                      34                     561                   ~ N^2         fixed per chain

  => Cost is LINEAR in chains (one validated integration each); value is ~QUADRATIC (every new chain
     can clear against every existing one). This is correspondent banking / SWIFT, on-chain and
     no-KYC: uniform-USD is the clearing layer where a dollar moves between ANY two chains via BCH.

==============================================================================================
PART 4 — the ONE discipline that keeps "every chain" safe: VET · CAP · SEQUENCE.
==============================================================================================

  Banks do not connect to a correspondent blindly — they vet its solvency and jurisdiction first.
  Same here. Each chain integration adds a BRIDGE-TRUST surface (bonded M-of-N / oracle, ADR-0047),
  so "every chain" must be DISCIPLINED, not reckless:
   • VET — a chain's SECURITY is vetted like an issuer's peg (finality, reorg risk, validator set,
     bridge trust). A weak-security chain is a correspondent you should not hold much money with.
   • CAP — per-chain exposure capped (Part 1); a chain you trust less gets a smaller cap. Bounds the
     blast radius regardless of how many chains you add.
   • SEQUENCE — integrate by LIQUIDITY + value, one vetted chain at a time (Tron + Ethereum first —
     already validated; then BSC, Solana, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, … the ~34 CCTP/native-USDC chains).
     Reuse the validated lock-mint/HTLC pattern each time (landscape: cross-chain-send-receive_chain-landscape.md).

  => "Integrate every chain" is the RIGHT north star and it compounds strength — SAFER (smaller blast
     radius), CHEAPER per dollar (netting), and more VALUABLE (Metcalfe) with each addition. The
     discipline (vet · cap · sequence) is exactly how a correspondent-banking network grows safely.

==============================================================================================
VERDICT
==============================================================================================

 The chain-diversification "cost" reframes as the PRODUCT: uniform-USD is the on-chain, no-KYC
 correspondent-clearing layer between all chains, and every chain added makes it SAFER (blast radius
 ↓, Part 1), CHEAPER per dollar (netting ↑, Part 2), and more VALUABLE (clearing paths ~N², Part 3).
 Cost is linear + fixed (replicate a validated integration); value is super-linear. Ethereum + Tron are
 the beginning; the end state is every chain, reached ONE VETTED CHAIN AT A TIME with per-chain caps —
 the same way an interbank network grows: not all at once, but toward all, safely.
