site: fix sub-nav stickiness + drop eyebrow pills

- shared-header.css: on <=900px flip the sub-nav from sticky to
position:fixed (sticky was broken by body overflow-x:hidden on the
subpages, letting the band scroll away). CTA keeps the right side
via order:2. body:has(> .sub-nav) gets 112px top padding to clear
  both bars on narrow viewports.
- Drop the eyebrow pill (<div class='eyebrow'>...dot...</div>) from
every subpage: potidaea, artemision, katalogos, agora, anthemus/about.
The h1 now carries the surface identity on its own.
