site(potidaea): title size parity + cyan Potidaea + uniform-blue Liquidity

Browse source 
- Restore h1.hero-title to clamp(38px, 6vw, 84px) so Potidaea matches
  Artemision / Katalogos / Anthemus / Agora (I had shrunk it last
  turn — correction).
- 'Potidaea' wordmark now takes the cyan 'Liquidity' glow (#3ec7ea)
  — unifies the title with the liquidity concept it owns.
- Collapse the two-tone 'Ocean Deep' blue + 'Liquidity' cyan split in
  the hero-sub into a single 'Ocean Deep Liquidity' deep-blue phrase.
