Brings the whole project into git (previously only the on-ramp feature and a few parallel files were tracked). Includes: wallet core (src/), CashScript contracts/, the Capacitor shell (shells/), scripts/, tests, and the docs corpus (wiki/, snapshots/, Parameters/, Archive/, KnowledgeBase text). Excluded via .gitignore: node_modules/, dist/, .env (secrets), testnet WIF key files (.chipnet-*.json, devWallets.ts), KnowledgeBase/RAW media (~9.6 GB), transcripts/ (session logs), and machine-local config (.claude/*.local, *.lock). Secret-scanned before commit — no credentials in the tree. Note: src/swapMath.ts, src/swapBuilder.ts, contracts/OpenMintToken.cash are legacy (OP_RETURN era) but still imported; committed as-is, flagged for a separate removal once de-referenced.
What this registry is.

The conventional financial system contains layers of human authority — issuers, custodians, central banks, regulators — that constitute its load-bearing structure. From time to time, those layers exhibit failure modes: insolvency, freeze, repudiation, debasement, technical malfunction, sanctions enforcement, jurisdictional dispute. The events are publicly documented when they occur and the documentation is the empirical basis for understanding how the system actually behaves under stress.

Mathematically backed assets, as constructed in the Deviant Equilibrium Asset standard, possess structural properties that render certain categories of these failure modes mathematically inapplicable. The registry records events as they occur, names the structural exposure each one made visible, and identifies which contrasting property of the MBA construction would render the same failure mode inapplicable in this asset class. The purpose is observational, not predictive.

No entry in this registry constitutes a claim that any specific event would have been prevented by the MBA construction. The claim is narrower and more precise: the structural mechanism that produced the event does not exist in the MBA construction, and therefore the specific category of failure that the event exemplifies cannot occur by the same mechanism. The reader is invited to verify each entry against the publicly available documentation and the publicly available contract bytecode.

What the registry does and does not do.

It does record events that have occurred, name the dependencies that produced them, and identify the structural properties of the MBA construction that make the same category of failure inapplicable. It accumulates over time. It is auditable against public sources at every entry.

It does not predict, advocate, criticize, or recommend. It does not assert that mathematically backed assets are preferable, safer, or destined to replace conventional instruments. It does not invite the reader to take any action. The reader is welcome to draw conclusions or to draw none.

The registry exists because the MBA construction makes a structural claim that can only be evaluated against accumulated empirical observation. The registry is the instrument of that observation. Time will fill it, or it will not.
