walerikus 599202a721 chore: checkpoint working tree — shell Tier-B retirement + accumulated WIP
Snapshot of accumulated work-in-progress on top of the baseline commit.

This session — retire Tier B from the wallet shell (single-tier model, glossary
"Tiers & trust"):
- SendFlow.tsx: BCH-only; removed the non-functional Tier-B send path, the D-4/D-5
  raw-BCH co-display, and the ADR-0013 friction ladder.
- ArtemisionScreen.tsx: Create wizard collapsed to a single 5-step on-chain genesis
flow; tier-selection step + Tier-B branch (prepareTierBImport) deleted.
- QuickActions.tsx / SettingsScreen.tsx: receive note reworded; "Send friction
thresholds" + "Tier explainer" rows removed; registry-trust note reworded.
- Verified: tsc clean, vitest 74/74, full preview walkthrough, no console errors.

Pre-existing uncommitted work also folded in:
- USDm -> FIATm family rename/reorg (Parameters/FIATm/, design records)
- ~130 chipnet + sim-fiatm scripts (catalytic-converter, hyperinflation backtests)
- snapshots 0153-0168; wiki updates (glossary, decisions, index); ADR-0044/0045
- mockups + additional shell screens (Agora, Apps, MainScreen, AssetDetail, ...)

Deviant Labs — Showcase Gallery

The Gallery is the public catalog of every validated Deviant on-chain algorithm — each one a CashScript covenant that has been proven end-to-end on chipnet. It is the first surface of Deviant Labs, the dApp laboratory.

Why this exists

Deviant has dozens of covenant protocols (ASM swaps, MBAs, DRAs, totes, share markets, governance, anti-plutocracy vote assets) that are already dApps at the protocol layer — non-custodial, permissionless, consensus-enforced. The Gallery does three jobs:

  1. Showcase / credibility — for each algorithm: what it does, how it works, a code link, and a live chipnet TXID as proof. Read-and-learn; no wallet required.
  2. Catalog for the functional hub — the Gallery is backed by a structured data file (catalog.json) so the future functional dApp hub and the in-wallet Labs tab consume the same source of truth. Build the catalog once; render it everywhere.
  3. The safety wedge made visible — every entry carries its verification status (canonical / D-1-verifiable). This is the one thing no other BCH wallet surfaces, and it is the defensible position Deviant Labs is built around: the safety-verified BCH dApp gateway.

Structure

Parameters/dApp/
└── Gallery/
    ├── README.md ← this file
├── catalog.json ← machine-readable catalog (single source of truth; hub + Labs tab consume this)
└── index.html ← rendered showcase (CosmoGenesis-styled, groups entries by family)

The catalog schema (catalog.json)

Each entry:

field meaning
id stable kebab-case slug
name display name (and product alias, e.g. Agora = ASM)
family grouping: core / dra / prediction / shares / instruments / games / governance / anti-plutocracy / security-research
tagline one-line "what it does"
howItWorks 2–4 sentences of mechanism, in the project's own terms
contract path to the .cash source (code link)
script path to the chipnet test script (reproduce the proof)
snapshot the snapshot that recorded validation
proofTxid a representative live chipnet TXID (the proof)
status validated (chipnet-proven) / spike / research
network chipnet (mainnet deferred until audit + regulatory pass)
verification canonical (D-1 template exists) / n-a
feeModel how the founder/operator fee works, if any

Conventions

  • Chipnet only. Everything here is validated on chipnet; mainnet is deferred until the audit + regulatory pass (R-016). The network field makes this explicit on every card.
  • Proof is a TXID, not a claim. Every validated entry links a real chipnet transaction. No TXID → status is spike or research, stated honestly.
  • Attack PoCs are kept, not hidden. The security-research family lists the red-team contracts (no-peg drain, backdoor mint, etc.) as evidence of rigor — proof the protocol was attacked before it was shipped.
  • Add an entry = edit catalog.json. The HTML renders from it. Do not hand-edit cards in index.html for content.

Roadmap (this is step 1 of Deviant Labs)

  1. Gallery (here) — catalog + showcase. ✅ in progress.
  2. Functional dApp hub — standalone + connectable front-ends to the same covenants, consuming catalog.json.
  3. Labs tab in the wallet — in-wallet window into the hub, reusing the Apps-tab connector pattern.
  4. White-label / co-brand layer (deliberate follow-on) — themeable build + verification-baked-in core + on-chain revenue split (ADR-0021), gated on legal/curation readiness.
