Add the CosmoGenesis design system (extracted from the project's own website) and the full four-tab IA as live HTML mockups, plus the canonical UI glossary and the Capacitor build handoff. - design/cosmo-genesis.css + starfield.ts: tokens (dark spectral sky, starfield, parallax, 360deg rotation, acid-glow risk scale), Fraunces + JetBrains Mono, mono-for-data rule. - design/mockups/: Main, Assets hub (MBA|NBA x My/Orbital, My/Market), Avalanche (eight-class taxonomy + clickable detail sheets + create wizard), Apps (WalletConnect+CashConnect, network switcher, explorers), plus Send/Swap/Settings/Activity/Onboarding/Elevation/Asset-detail/Fuse. - wiki/glossary.md: canonical vocabulary (ASM=Automated Swap Mechanism, Orbital, UER, PNV, eight classes, NBA family, risk scale, WC vs CC). - design/CAPACITOR_HANDOFF.md: file manifest + build prompt for the shell. - snapshots 0053 (CosmoGenesis four-tab shell) + 0054 (NBA taxonomy correction, BCH-logo nav fix, asset-type detail sheets). .gitignore: add .chipnet-*.json catch-all (covers keys-e/f/g and the tote/CLOB/oracle/metals test artifacts; superset of the per-file entries).
