Adds an update section at the top of the atomic-swap handoff doc pointing
parallel sessions at:
- snapshot 0271 (atomic-swap-primary design decision, replaces the
self-custodial-fallback and pool-with-cosign dead ends explored
over the 2026-09-11 to 2026-09-16 thread)
- the six new exports in services/correspondent/dgb.mjs
(buildHtlcRedeemScript, htlcAddress, buildFundHtlcTx, verifyHtlc,
buildClaimHtlcTx, buildRefundHtlcTx)
- test/regtest/dgb-htlc.test.ts (7/7)
Now clear from the handoff that the next lift is the swap driver +
chipnet ↔ DGB testnet dry-run for snapshot 0272.
