+This is Silent Mode's decentralized code forge. You're looking at the very first repository on it.

+## What's under the hood
+
+- **Forgejo** for the UI (git, PRs, issues, packages)
+- **Bitcoin Cash wallet** identity — no email, no password reset. Your keys are your account.
+- **Sia network** for cold storage (LFS, releases, attachments, packages)
+- **Caddy + Let's Encrypt** for TLS
+- **Restic** to nightly-encrypted snapshots on a separate Sia bucket
+
+## Sign in
+
+Click "Sign in with hephaestus-wallet" and either generate a fresh BCH wallet or import one. Your `cashaddr` becomes your Forgejo identity.
