Local Dev d9dc9ba1c0 hermes brand kit assets: avatars, banners, logos, OG + social posters ...

Follow-up to 120dd8e1 which committed only the branding page rewrite but
dropped the binary assets. All kit files now land in both mirrors:
site/hermes/branding/ and site-hermes-x/assets/.

Each generated by the Python compositor at
scratchpad/build_brand_kit.py from the user's own file.svg master.
