Local Dev 105a245b2f site-sirius-x: only paint .X acid; keep Sirius white 
Brand button was wrapping the whole "Sirius.X" label in <span class="g">,
so the entire name rendered acid green. Consistency across the ecosystem
is Sirius (ink) + .X (acid), like Theseus.X and Hephaestus.X. Split the
span across every page (index, tld, portal, admin, brand, docs, market,
storage, theseus/) so only the .X tail carries the acid tint.
