A map of what we publish: the product pages on this site, their sovereign twins served by the chain, the clients that reach them, and the endpoints machines use. Start with Theseus if you want a browser, or Sirius if you want a name.
Each product has a page here that explains it. Where a product also runs on its own on-chain name, the page links there.
The browser. Windows and Android downloads, hashes, what's inside.
Names on the Bitcoin Cash chain: how BNS1 works, live TLDs, and the way to Sirius.X to register one.
The code forge you sign into with a wallet. Repos on the host, releases on Sia.
Apps and programs published on chain, hosted on Sia. In design.
Search for the decentralized web, ranked by trust list. In design.
Encrypted messaging over Nostr, addressed by your name. In design.
The activated top-level domains and how a new one gets added on chain.
Two internets, twice over: the plain-language case for switching, and what to switch.
Every shipped build with its SHA-256, newest first.
Logo, wordmark, avatar and banner as SVG, free to use when writing about the project.
The parent project: the wallet, Potidaea, Anthemus, Artemision and the rest.
The live Hephaestus instance. Browse the source of everything on this page.
This site runs on ordinary web infrastructure so that anyone can read it. The project's own demonstrations live on names registered on Bitcoin Cash and are hosted on Sia. Three ways to open each: through the public relay with nothing installed, from a mirror on this site, or natively in Theseus or any browser with the Ariadne resolver.
| Name | What | Relay | Mirror |
|---|---|---|---|
silentmode.bch | This site, hosted with the tools it describes | open | — |
theseus.x | The browser's sovereign site: downloads, plug-ins, community extensions | open | /theseus-x/ |
sirius.x | The registrar: search, register and manage names and TLDs | open | /sirius-x/ |
hephaestus.x | The forge's landing page | open | /hephaestus.x/ |
hello.bch | A page stored inside a single transaction | open | — |
coinspectrum.deviant.bch | A full multi-file site on Sia | open | — |
Any registered name works the same way:
https://navigate.st/bns/<name>, or just
https://<name>/ once a resolver is installed.
Theseus is the flagship and has its own page. These are the alternatives, from lightest to deepest.
A public gateway reads the blockchain for you and hands the page to your ordinary browser over ordinary HTTPS. Works on any device, in any browser. Fastest way to see a name; costs a little privacy, because the relay operator can see what you asked for. Also reachable as a Tor onion service.
A browser add-on that resolves BNS names inside Firefox, desktop and Android.
About 8 KB, no dependencies, no background service, no system changes. Known
limit: no TLS pinning yet, so sites reached over ip
records are only as trustworthy as the upstream server.
For anyone who wants BNS names working in every browser on the machine
without installing Theseus. Asks for administrator rights because it changes how
the machine resolves names: a background service, NRPT rules that route only
BCNR TLDs to the local daemon, and one root certificate name-constrained to
those TLDs, so it cannot vouch for .com. Everything
reverses with the bundled uninstaller. The Theseus installer offers this same
resolver as "Ariadne's Thread".

/latest/<file> always redirects to the newest build.releases.silentmode.bch./bns/<name>/… serves any registered name.
