Windows 64-bit · unsigned · 2026-09-13 · 0.3.46 — updater hardening + real error page for unreachable BCNR content — Updater hardening after a torn 0.3.44 → 0.3.45 auto-update: the installer is no longer launched while Theseus is still shutting down. Install & restart now records the setup path, quits, and a detached helper waits for the browser process to be gone before running the installer, then runs it once more if resourcesapp.asar is missing afterwards — a torn install repairs itself. Hash verification of the download is unchanged and the mark-of-the-web is stripped after it passes. Failed content fetches for BCNR sites (relay unreachable, DNS stalling, origin down) now show a proper error page naming the site, the upstream that was tried, the error and its cause code, with a retry — instead of the bare text "Theseus error: fetch failed". Includes everything from 0.3.45.

Windows 64-bit · unsigned · bundled Node runtime · 2026-09-09 · Actually works this time — 0.1.1's persistent install log caught the bug 0.1.0 had had silently all along: install.ps1 died at the CA-rotation probe because PowerShell 5.1's $ErrorActionPreference=Stop plus a native subprocess writing to stderr = "NativeCommandError", killing the script before it could register the daemon or add the last NRPT rule. 0.1.2 routes every node call through Invoke-NodeCapture (Windows-level stream redirection, PS 5.1 doesn't touch the streams). TLD list now cascades: comma-separated indexer list → local cache → electrum WSS → bundled snapshot → bootstrap, and any authoritative fetch refreshes C:\ProgramData\Ariadne\tlds-cache.json. CA import via .NET X509Store direct (no Cert: PSDrive dependency). Upgrades stop the running daemon before file replacement so node.exe is no longer held open during install.

Android 5.0+ (API 21) · self-signed release key · 2026-09-12 · 0.16 — curated start page + fresh snapshot — the start page is now a short shortlist matching navigate.st exactly (hello.bch, siatest.bch, and the seven .x brands — SilentMode, Theseus, Sirius, Hephaestus, Prometheus, Helios, Hermes). Ditches the old auto-generated grid that was pulling in every registered name including test junk. Bundled BNS snapshot regenerated from live chain — up from 44 to 54 entries, now including all the .x names, so cold-start resolution finds them without a network trip. dl.silentmode.st/bns-name-index.json (the CDN snapshot every other client reads on cold start) was regenerated too. Carries the 0.15 auto-updater states (DOWNLOADING/READY/RETRY) plus 0.14's bookmarks, undo close tab, long-press link menu, downloads, pull-to-refresh, share-sheet target, splash.
