Two rollback points on the VPS at /opt/silent-mode/dl/_prev/:

On-chain pointer at releases.silentmode.bch is unchanged — publishes
the manifest URL so this build is reachable through BCNR without a
wallet spend.

PENDING.md updated with the new rollback list.
