The first reconcile pass accepted the on-disk hashes under the "both built from the same HEAD" assumption, but they are different builds — mine includes d2ddee5 (Aegis 0.30.0) and the master tip, theirs stops at 4bfef3a. The peer stood down, I re-scp'd my binaries, and this commit pulls the manifest + the releases page + theseus.x back to those hashes.
