Pinned-TLS path for ip+tls BNS names (Prometheus.X, Hephaestus.X, Theseus.X, Sirius.X): the leaf cert's SHA-256 is now verified against the on-chain `tls` hash before serving content, matching the Argus pinned-origin proxy on desktop; names that only published `ip`+`tls` records can finally open on mobile. Same signing key; installs over 0.24.",
