site + theseus.x: Theseus 0.3.60 published
Manifest and download pages point at the new build. Silentmode.st serves static; silentmode.bch mirror follows via the 5-min Sia sync; theseus.x's fallback text and hashes match the 0.3.60 binaries so the page reads correctly before the client-side manifest fetch overwrites them.
