The 0.3.28 ship commit (e0ce64f) declared installer/portable hashes 5d15508b… / a5d346b9…, but the binaries on dl.silentmode.st that actually shipped were rebuilt after the bchwallet→aegis rename (e5a89b7) landed on master, so they hash to eb39f5d8… / 1e6fe657… Manifest and .exe were inconsistent for a moment; this commit reconciles the site files to what's LIVE. Deployed. Verified LIVE 0.3.28.

Signed OTA updates ship without a Theseus release — Check for updates hits the same signed endpoint the boot timer uses; Restart to apply shows once a staged version is ready.
