New IPC 'tab-context-menu-popup' builds an OS-native Menu (same pattern the add-on dock dropdowns use) and pops it at the click point, floating above every WebContentsView — no layout change, no gap between the toolbar and the tab body. Bookmark chips now a uniform 150 × 28 px cell, 12.5 px text, 14 px favicon. Chip labels trim descriptors after a whitespace-flanked em/en-dash/hyphen: 'GAME.X — Bitcoin Cash game platform' renders as 'GAME.X'. Full title stays on hover. 'Foo-Bar' comes through intact.
