  <p class="lede">Canonical SHA-256 checksums for every published build. This page lives at the on-chain
     name <code>releases.silentmode.bch</code>; the name pins where it is served from, so a tampered
     mirror cannot change what you check against here.</p>

    <div class="meta">Windows 64-bit · unsigned · 2026-10-07 · <b>0.3.86 — tabs in their own windows, sidebar panels over the page or beside it</b> — Move a tab to its own window: right-click the tab and choose Move to new window, or drag it out of the tab bar. The page goes along as it is, sign-ins, scroll position and typed text included, and every window comes back after a restart. Sidebar panels have a bar on top with Maximize/Restore and Close, and open either over the page (a click in the page closes them) or beside it, pushing the page aside: pick in the new gear on the sidebar or in Settings › Sidebar. This replaces the pin. Also fixes a window that came back blank after being minimized.</div>

    <div class="meta">Windows 64-bit · unsigned · 2026-10-04 · <b>0.3.77 — Translator engine choice, Cloudflare block gets a .bch mirror hint</b> — Settings › Language grows a <b>Translator engine</b> row: pick between <b>LibreTranslate (hosted)</b> and <b>Bergamot (on-device, WASM)</b>. Bergamot's engine isn't bundled yet so picking it today still routes through LibreTranslate with a one-time notice — see <a href="https://bergamot.x">bergamot.x</a> for the plan. Cloudflare Bot Fight 503s now land on a branded error page that explains why Electron browsers trip the fingerprint check, and offers a one-click retry to the site's <code style="display:inline">.bch</code> mirror when one is published (with the original path preserved). A long-standing bug where cert errors during an HTTPS fallback were silently swallowed is fixed. Bundles Pithos 0.3.13 (menu reflows in setup order with the account on top, files waiting to upload are shown and go up on their own).</div>

Music keeps playing when you switch to another tab, since tabs playing sound are no longer paused in the background. A widened left panel now covers the page instead of squeezing it and the right sidebar, and the tab that was open when you closed Theseus loads on launch. Bundles Pithos 0.3.10 (icon/list/details views, a layout that fits the sidebar, a music player, an Account page and an update button) and Aegis 0.31.0 (the security audit fixes).</div>

Same JSON drives a settings UI (once Theseus's Plug-ins panel picks it up) and is a support-ready "current state" dump. <code style="display:inline">C:\ProgramData\Ariadne\policy.json</code> extended with a <code style="display:inline">sources.&lt;name&gt;.enabled</code> block (hot-reloaded every 5 s alongside the collision policy) — flip any source off to isolate a path or measure without it. Includes 0.1.12 (orphan-safe upgrade + local BNS indexer API). Upgrades in place.</div>

    <h2>Ariadne for Android <span style="color:var(--acid)">0.20</span></h2>
    <div class="meta">Android 5.0+ (API 21) · self-signed release key · 2026-09-28 · <b>0.20 — every live TLD, fresh snapshot</b> — Every live BNS TLD is claimed by the on-device resolver. The app took its TLD list from the registry's legacy advertised set (nine TLDs), so a name under a newer TLD was only intercepted once it had turned up in the local index; the app now reads the registry's routable list (every TLD on the public listing, 24 today), and ships a bootstrap list matching it for cold start. The cold-start snapshot it pulls from the CDN is now refreshed every ten minutes from the gateway's index instead of by hand, so a fresh install sees names registered minutes ago rather than weeks. Same signing key; installs over 0.19.</div>

  <div class="note"><b>How to verify.</b> After downloading, compute the file's SHA-256 and compare it to
    the value above — on Windows: <code style="display:inline">certutil -hashfile &lt;file&gt; SHA256</code>;
    on Android, hash the downloaded <code style="display:inline">.apk</code> on a computer before you move
    it to the phone, or use any file-hashing app. Nothing here is signed by an authority your device
    already trusts — <b>by design</b> — so it will warn about an unrecognized app; the checksum is the
    real check. The machine-readable manifest is at
