The home / new-tab page declared no icon, so those tabs sat blank in the strip; the compass mark is now inline in home.html as a data: URI (no file path, no network). The silentmode.st copy of the Theseus page pointed its icon at /assets/favicon.svg, which only exists on theseus.x — page-relative now, so the tab shows the mark there too. |
