Subject: [PATCH] site + theseus.x: Theseus 0.3.61 published

Manifest, releases page, download pages and theseus.x fallback text all point at
0.3.61 with the new hashes. Silentmode.st serves static; silentmode.bch mirror
follows via the 5-min Sia sync.
