Theseus Settings: the vault notes describe the vault that exists
Privacy still said there is no persistent password manager and pointed to Bitwarden or KeePass, and Passwords said autofill was "phase 2". Both contradicted the encrypted vault and the address-bar fill button Theseus has had for a while.
