theseus home: Hermes.X brand tile uses the webp mark

Browse source
Was still rendering the red fill-in SVG left over from before Hermes had
a proper brand. Switch to the {src: "home-brand/hermes-mark.webp"} form so
the home tile matches what the sidebar icon + the hermes.x hero already
show. Lands next time home.html ships (part of a packaged Theseus release;
can't be hot-patched into the installed app.asar without rebuilding).
