feat(theseus/bchwallet): bundled Bitcoin Cash wallet add-on skeleton

Browse source 
Manifest declaring sidebar-panel, vault-derive, page-inject (https://*.x)
and approval-modal; registers the Wallet sidebar panel. Shows up in
Settings > Extensions and opens from the sidebar.
