The seedBundledAddons() version check is strict less-than: a cached v0.2.0 in %APPDATA%\Theseus\extensions\hermes\ wouldn't be overwritten by a bundle also at v0.2.0, even if the files inside changed. Bumping to 0.2.1 forces a reseed on the next restart so all of today's panel + API work (three-form parser, Settings panel, kind:0 profiles, phone discovery) ships without a manual cache wipe. |
