Local Dev 245694e8da docs: enforce project-wide "bits" (not "sats") in copy 
CLAUDE.md rules that user-facing text calls the smallest BCH unit a
"bit" (1 bit = 1 sat, not the legacy 100-sat µBCH meaning) while code
identifiers keep their names.

- wiki/glossary.md: new Units section makes the rule and the µBCH
  collision explicit
- Parameters/dApp/{Artemision,Katalogos,Pinax}/index.html + SURFACES.md:
  user-facing copy migrated; SURFACES also notes the Katalogos MBA/NBA
  toggle rewrite
- snapshots/0228: narrative migrated
- src/wallet/genesis-nba.ts: comments + formatUnits string messages
  migrated; rateSats/satoshis identifiers untouched
