Two bugs on the docs page: 1. ol.steps li used display:grid with 30px/1fr columns and mapped every direct element child to column 2. Text nodes between <b> and <code> became anonymous grid items placed by autoflow — they landed in the 30px counter column and every word wrapped one-per-line. Replaced with padding + absolute-positioned counter so inline content flows naturally. Visually identical, minus the bug. 2. Two navigations on the same page: the fixed .sidenav rail with 6 icon shortcuts, and the inline sticky .toc with the full 12-section contents index. Merged the 12 sections into .sidenav (each with an icon) and dropped the .toc entirely. .doc-grid collapses to a single, width-capped column so the content column has more room. |
